King County

Land use signs and construction signs for King County.

Email Sales@BigBassSigns.com the address and due date.

King County permitting and a city permit are not the same board. Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Woodinville, Redmond, Kirkland, and Sammamish each have a city header. Unincorporated King County uses the county notice. Say which one is on the letter.

The shop is in Lynnwood. North King County is a short run south. Eastside cities are a regular loop on SR-522 and I-405. We print the board from the packet and post it. Seattle permits are accepted. We do not treat Seattle as a target city. The header is still City of Seattle when that is the letter.

King County wants the affidavit photo back within 7 days of posting. We photograph the board after it is in the ground. The product page is the King County notice board.

A linked name goes to that city page. Every city on the list is printed in Lynnwood.

Common questions

When is the board a King County notice instead of a city sign?

When the letter is King County, not a city. City of Shoreline, City of Redmond, and King County each get their own header.

Do you post in north King County and on the Eastside?

Yes. North county cities are a short run from Lynnwood. Eastside jobs run SR-522 and I-405. Email the address and the due date.

What do I email to start?

Sales@BigBassSigns.com with the site address, the notice PDF, the due date, and install or board-only. When install is part of the job, the King County affidavit photo goes back within 7 days of posting.
